The iNet-510 Sensor Wiring Box
Wiring of the iNet-600 is made simpler with the iNet-510.
iNet-600 sensor connections are made via a D-sub connector. This terminal panel converts the D-sub connection to screw terminals for easy sensor wiring.
It provides the following features:
- Screw Terminals to which one can attach external signals.
- Built in CJC (cold junction compensator) for thermocouple measurement
- PCB solder pads for permanently installing circuit completion components.
- Enclosure box for protecting installed wires and shunt resistors.

Wires can be routed through both top and bottom windows in the plastic box.

When you are using it to wire thermocouples for data acquisition, screw terminals allow easy connection of thermocouple sensor wiring.

The iNet-510 is of clamshell design with identical top and bottom plastic halves that mate via 3 bolts. Two captive 4-40 bolts secure the i510 to the iNet-600 that has an Hd44 male connector. The i512 is 7 x 2.5 x 13 cm in size (2.7″ x 1″ x 5.3″, d/w/h)
